Having secured an exciting high-rise project with a well known repeat client, we are seeking to employ an ambitious and skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an exciting multi residential project valued above $60m from start to finish in Canberra.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Foreman, you will report to the Site Manager. You will work collaboratively with a high performing site and project team to deliver a high-rise residential project at $60m from start to finish.

- Manage time, cost, quality of project
- Methodology & Programming
- Project Team Management & WHS
- Effective management of site teams and subcontractors
- Report project progress to the Project Director
- Trade Qualification
- Proven record as a Foreman delivering projects above $20m
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
