ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Civil Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day operations on civil projects, focusing on subdivisions and earthworks. You will work alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be critical in driving these large-scale projects to success.
DUTIES.
Manage and oversee daily on-site operations for subdivision and earthworks projects valued up to $30M.
Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.
Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
Monitor site progress, quality control, and the allocation of resources, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, with a focus on subdivision and earthworks projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with contractors.
Experience working on projects valued between $20M and $30M.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
