This dynamic team is looking for an experienced Foreman/Site Supervisor.

About the Position.
As a Foreman/Site Supervisor, you will be a key player in the successful execution of Multiple landmark projects across Canberra, ACT. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Director, Project Manager, Site Manager, 2x Foreman/Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets. You will play an instrumental part in all day-to-day operations and running of various projects across Canberra. This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career-defining role that will propel them in the construction industry with exposure to high-end exciting projects in Canberra, ACT.

Duties.
  • Oversee day-to-day running of on-site operations
  • WHS Management and Compliance
  • Subcontractor management and program management
  • Structures and finishes focus
  • Toolbox talks and site inductions
Skills & Experience.
  • Trade qualification in carpentry or similar trade
  • Demonstrated project experience above $20M
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • High-rise commercial and residential experience is highly desirable
