About the Position.
As a Foreman/Site Supervisor, you will be a key player in the successful execution of Multiple landmark projects across Canberra, ACT. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Director, Project Manager, Site Manager, 2x Foreman/Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets. You will play an instrumental part in all day-to-day operations and running of various projects across Canberra. Duties.
- Oversee day-to-day running of on-site operations
- WHS Management and Compliance
- Subcontractor management and program management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks and site inductions
- Trade qualification in carpentry or similar trade
- Demonstrated project experience above $20M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-rise commercial and residential experience is highly desirable
