A newly created Foreman position has arisen with this highly recognised and reputable Civil Contractor in Western Sydney. This company is known for its delivery of bulk/detailed earthworks, roadwork and public infrastructure projects valued over $15m. ABOUT THE POSITION.
Working alongside the Project Manager as a Foreman, your main responsibility is to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of a number of civil projects across Sydney. You will have a team of Engineers and workers reporting to you directly in assisting you with your delivery.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

- Quality assurance
- Material ordering
- Pre-starts
- Organising and managing subcontractors
- Driving the team on a daily basis to ensure high productivity
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proven experience in delivering medium to large scale civil projects
- Experience with bulk/detailed earthworks, roadworks or subdivision projects
- An excellent understanding of technical specifications and drawings
- End to end project delivery experience
- Ability to drive sub-contractor productivity
