My client is a Civil Contractor that has grown in leaps and bounds over the last 18 months. They have placed their focus on delivering highly complex projects with private and public clients valued around $20m-$30m. Due to a large influx of projects coming through, they have created a new permanent position in the business to accomodate the workload.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This company is seeking an experienced Foreman to manage the day to day construction duties on site. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will be responsible for OHS, QA and assisting in the prompt delivery of the projects.
DUTIES.
This position will include and not be limited to:

- On site management and direction of sub contractors
- OH&S
- Conduct toolbox meetings
- Effectively manage material stock levels
- Driving the project for a timely project delivery
- Procurement
- Client management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
To be successful for this role, the applicant will ideally possess:
- Experience with subdivision or roadwork projects of a similar scale
- An excellent understanding of technical specifications
- Ability to drive sub-contractor productivity
- Multiple end to end project delivery experience
- Relationship building abilities with all stakeholders
