ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Junior Geotechnical Engineer at our consultancy, you will play an integral role in all phases of geotechnical engineering projects, from initial ground investigations through to construction support. Working directly under the leadership of our experienced consultants, you will be involved in projects from inception to delivery, gaining valuable hands-on experience across the full spectrum of geotechnical services.
  
DUTIES.
  • Perform geotechnical investigations and insitu testing including DCP, Plateload testing, Vane shear testing, SPT, DST, CBR, Triaxial Test, Nuclear Gauge Test and Shrink – Swell tests
  • Assist Seniors with Geotechnical Reports
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors
  • Upload boreholes logs
  • Liaise with clients and the team for project delivery
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Radiation Nuke Licence (essential)
  • Relevant degree in Engineering
  • Full Driver’s License
  • White Card
  • Rail Work License
