ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This fantastic opportunity is to join an established engineering consultancy who have been in the Australian market for well over 40 years. The company has experienced ongoing and steady growth over the recent years due to the strong client relationships that has been created and for their ability to deliver high quality projects. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking to hire an additional Hydraulic Designer/Drafter to assist with delivering projects. In this role, you will be working in a professional team of Engineers and will receive ongoing training and development from a skilled Hydraulic Principal. Ideally you will be passionate about hydraulic services and will come from a drafting or designing background in hydraulics. 

DUTIES.
  • Regular involvement in Hydraulic services design/documentation 
  • Assist with QA of each team members drawings 
  • Minor interaction with clients and key stakeholders 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • 2+ years experience in the Building Services design
  • Previous experience using AutoCAD (essential) and Revit MEP (highly desirable) for hydraulic services
  • Currently studying a Diploma of Hydraulic Services (preferred)
  • Positive attitude towards learning and development 
  • Passionate about the hydraulic industry and keen to learn
