ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor you will be mentored by an experienced and highly talented Quantity surveyor. You will learn how to manage project budgets and schedules. Your responsibilities will include assisting in budget calculations and learning how to manage project deadlines. 

DUTIES.

  • Prepare and resolve monthly applications, invoices, and payments according to deadlines
  • Provide assistance with contracts administration 
  • Support Senior Quantity Surveyors with budgeting 
  • Learn how to calculate budgets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying) or equivalent 
  • Previous experience or exposure to a QS environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage time effectively 
  • Self motivated and keen to learn
