ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client; a Local Council based in Western Sydney, is seeking for an Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to assist in the analysis, design, development and implementation of learning and leadership strategies.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
A new permanent opportunity. Work in an established team of 4, project managing the design and implementation of Council's Leadership Academy. You will also act as the Account Owner of Council's LMS. Your vendor management and partnering skills with stakeholders will be key and you are expected to bring a though leadership.

You will be expected to contribute to this team of proactive L&OD professionals. The team operates off collaboration and your manager will support you to ensure you are successful in your role. In return, bringing a fluid approach to work will ensure your rapid development of skills.

DUTIES.
- Design, develop and facilitate the Leadership Academy, Corporate learning programs and eLearning
- Key contributor to the new LMS as its Account Owner
- Give advice and coach leaders, including P&C colleagues
- Instructional design and facilitation of new/existing corporate learning programs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary studies in Human Resources or Project Management
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Significant needs analysis experience at an organisational level
- You are not only a learning designer but
- Demonstrated experience in Local Councils is preferred
