As a Junior Level 3 ASP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier assistance to their clients. You will work on Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy design. DUTIES.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Liaise with Senior engineers and stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
