Having delivered and secured a number of exciting high-rise new build projects in Newcastle, we are looking to employ a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee defect rectification and facilities maintenance on current and upcoming project pipeline. ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee defect rectification and facilities maintenance on large scale residential unit projects that have been completed in recent times. You will liaise with the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance works are carried out effectively. This position offers great employment stability as the company is currently in the process of completing additional projects and have a significant project pipeline for upcoming high profile large scale residential apartment buildings. 

DUTIES.
  • Maintenance Supervision 
  • Rectification and maintenance works
  • Management of trades
  • General handy work 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
  • Proven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes
  • High-rise residential or commercial experience is highly desirable
  • Previous experience as a Foreman or Skilled Carpenter/Leading Hand
