ABOUT THE POSITION.

Utilise your strong organisation and time management skills to ensure the teams administrative and ad-hoc tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is perfect for someone that is ready to jump into a busy and fast-paced role, with room for growth and progression within the business.

DUTIES.
  • Oversee all office administration and any ad-hoc activities.
  • General administration tasks including answering the phone, ordering office supplies, data entry and office maintenance.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure all records are correct and up to date.
  • Work proactively to ensure all office duties are completed accurately.
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Great Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Strong written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Entry level administration and data entry experience would be advantageous.
