ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Become part of an award-winning Australian Architecture and Interior Design practice with over 70 staff in their Sydney office, and just over 20 in their Melbourne office. ABOUT THE ROLE.
Initial maternity leave cover contract with the long-term goal of transition to a permanent position. You will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all new staff, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the studio, creating financial reports and invoices for projects and managing the QA standards of the practice.
DUTIES.

DUTIES.
- Manage all Human Resources initiatives
- Coordinate hiring for Sydney and Melbourne studios
- Update billing forecasts and manage client invoicing
- Facilitate weekly company meetings
- Manage quality assurance documents and certifications
- Assist Administration Assistant with day to day running of studio where necessary
- 10+ years experience in an Administration, Operations or Human Resources role
- Previous experience working with an Architectural studio preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
