ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and delivering some of the most exciting civil projects in the region. With a particular focus on subdivisions, you’ll work alongside industry experts, take ownership of your projects, and make significant contributions to the success of the company.

DUTIES.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of subdivision projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimise project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer, particularly within the civil construction sector.
  • Experience in subdivision projects is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
