DUTIES.
- Lead the day-to-day management of subdivision projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and keep projects on track.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimise project efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer, particularly within the civil construction sector.
- Experience in subdivision projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
