About the Position.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be employed to deliver diverse projects across Canberra ranging between $1M and $30M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget. Experience in managing Government contracts is highly desirable in this position.

- Client management
- Experience as a Project Manager on small - medium fitout or new build projects
- GC21 Contract experience highly desirable
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Procore is desirable but not essential
