ABOUT THE POSITION.

The role of Civil Project Manager is crucial for leading and managing my client's diverse and challenging projects. This position involves strategic planning, strong leadership, and diligent oversight to ensure project success.

DUTIES.
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress against goals, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate between various construction teams and subcontractors to ensure cohesive project operations.
  • Manage compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budget management, and cost forecasting to keep the project financially sound.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry, such as earthworks, roadworks or subdivision.
  • Strong technical foundation in civil engineering principles and project management processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Expertise in using project management software such as MS Project or similar.
