ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects. You will ensure each project meets timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards, with a particular focus on subdivisions, earthworks, and roadworks.
DUTIES.
- Manage all phases of subdivision, roadworks, and earthworks projects from initiation to delivery.
- Lead a project team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve key milestones.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Extensive experience in managing civil construction projects, particularly in subdivisions, earthworks, and roadworks.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards in civil construction.
