You will receive mentorship aimed at preparing you to advance into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to deliver end-to-end projects efficiently. They boast a wide range of unique building projects spanning across the commercial, residential, retail, industrial, health, and education sectors. You will be providing support to the directors while being involved in all aspects of the project life cycle.

DUTIES.
- Responsible for Pre and Post Contract work
- Drawdown Reports
- Fee proposals
- Bank reports
- Draw downs
- Site inspections
- Manage bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Provide pre-tender estimates
- Responsible for measurements, variations & progress claims
- Lead and support a team of AQSs
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Australian Quantity Surveying experience
- Financier experience
- Have lead projects from start to finish
- Have been in leadership/mentoring positions
