ABOUT THE POSITION.
You will be a key contributor to delivering expert cost management and consultancy services. You will have the opportunity to work on stellar commercial, residential, health projects & gaining hands-on experience across different aspects of consultancy, from cost planning to post-contract services.
DUTIES.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Providing financial reports and cost advice to clients.
- Managing variations, progress claims & measurements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Professional Quantity Surveying experience in Australia
- Proficient in cost management software- CostX
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
