ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Our client, a leader in consulting and project management, is actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Brisbane team. ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will be a key contributor to delivering expert cost management and consultancy services. You will have the opportunity to work on stellar commercial, residential, health projects & gaining hands-on experience across different aspects of consultancy, from cost planning to post-contract services. 

DUTIES.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
  • Providing financial reports and cost advice to clients.
  • Managing variations, progress claims & measurements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Professional Quantity Surveying experience in Australia
  • Proficient in cost management software- CostX 
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
