ABOUT THE POSITION.

Immediate opportunity for experienced Recruitment Professionals to join our growing Sydney team. You will work alongside an established team of recruitment experts within a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant role, with your responsibilities focused on executing high quality recruitment principles and outcomes. The position will provide on the job training with a thorough induction process.

DUTIES.
  • 360-degree recruitment
  • Account management
  • Business development
  • Candidate resourcing and Candidate management 
  • Attend Candidate and Client meetings
  • Contractor management
  • Permanent and temporary placements
  • Team collaboration
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Experience or exposure to recruitment and/or corporate sales
  • A motivation and drive to constantly learn and develop is imperative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a collaborative team
