ABOUT THE COMPANY.
An Engineering consultancy that specialises in Civil, Structural and Remedial Engineering. With over 30 employees across the Sydney office, they have a long-standing history in the industry through receiving repeat business due to their strong client portfolio and personable touch to business. Their project scope showcases a range of low to high rise commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This is a full-time position for a Remedial Engineer who is experienced and confident to deliver projects within the industrial and commercial space. You will conduct structural assessments, analyse defects, prepare conditional reports, assist with remedial design when needed and be involved with the supervision of remedial works.
DUTIES.
- Manage your own projects
- Conduct site inspections and structural investigations
- Conduct building diagnostics and access reports
- Client liaison and communication on a regular basis
- Individual project management of your portfolio of projects
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years domestic experience working as a Remedial Engineer
- Remedial and forensic report writing
- Must be confident to manage projects autonomously
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
