ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will play a key role in their design process by leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create accurate digital representations of their projects. Working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will transform conceptual designs into detailed models that inform decision-making, streamline collaboration, and enhance project outcomes.


DUTIES.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and ensure BIM deliverables align with project goals
  • Implement best practices for BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects
  • Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts to optimize design coordination and minimize rework
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM modelers, fostering their professional growth and development

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably within the engineering sector
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve design conflicts efficiently
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Proven leadership abilities, including experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating project deliverables
