ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This reputable Local Council in Sydney is currently seeking an A1/A2 Accredited Senior Building Surveyor to help their team with the delivery of numerous projects. You will assist with the current project workload, which are both commercial and residential.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with various government bodies. You will also be communicating closely with various other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This contract will be initially 6 months, with the possibility of transition into a permanent position based on performance.

- Conduct site and building inspections
- Issue complying development certificates
- Issue construction and occupation certificates
- Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Accreditation as an A1 or A2 Certifier
- Qualifications in Building Surveying (or related)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
