ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Cost Manager, you will take charge of managing large-scale projects across the Health, Commercial, Education, Residential, and Infrastructure sectors, performing quantity surveying duties at a senior level. You will play a critical role in guiding junior staff while receiving support and mentorship from seasoned experts in the field. DUTIES.
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Australia
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members

- Lead budgeting and benchmarking activities
- Prepare and review Pre-tender Estimates
- Manage variations, progress claims, and project finances
- Oversee both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work
