They are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join their dynamic team and make an impact on high-profile projects. ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will take charge of managing large-scale projects across the Health, Commercial, Education, Residential, and Infrastructure sectors, performing quantity surveying duties at a senior level. You will play a critical role in guiding junior staff while receiving support and mentorship from seasoned experts in the field. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead projects and expand your skill set within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

DUTIES.
  • Lead budgeting and benchmarking activities
  • Prepare and review Pre-tender Estimates
  • Manage variations, progress claims, and project finances
  • Oversee both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Australia
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
