ABOUT THE POSITION.

If you enjoy the early stages of a project and love representing the company in front of clients, doing presentations, taking briefs, creating concepts, and preparing DAs, then this is your role! Take advantage of their clear structure and manage your own projects. 

DUTIES.
  • Take client briefs and create concepts
  • Work on feasibility studies and ensure all designs are compliant with governmental regulations 
  • Ability to lead others and work autonomously
  • Manage a variety of large-scale, complex, up-to-DA projects
  • Financial management of the projects and estimation of time & costs
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven high proficiency with Revit
  • Registration is desirable 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with clients
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-residential and/or aged care projects
