ABOUT THE POSITION.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to engage in on-site investigations, inspections, and fieldwork while producing comprehensive geotechnical reports. You will collaborate closely with Senior Geotechnical Engineers on design, report writing, and project management, ensuring you develop into a well-rounded engineer equipped with diverse skills and expertise.

DUTIES.

  • Offer technical expertise and insights to clients
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth and development.
  • Execute site inspections, geological face mapping, and geotechnical testing to gather essential data.
  • Contribute to design efforts by integrating geotechnical findings into project plans and recommendations.
  • Prepare tenders and proposals
  • Coordinate contractors and equipment for siteworks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Completed a Bachelor Degree within Engineering
  • Proficient in RocScience, Wallap & Plaxis (Ideal)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Hold a current Australian Driver’s License
