DUTIES.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments to inform design decisions
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience as a Senior Hydraulic Engineer or a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex hydraulic engineering issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
