Take on a construction focused Senior Project Architect position and be responsible for leading teams and projects through the delivery stages.

DUTIES.
- Lead construction documentation packages ensuring standards and deadlines are met.
- Deal with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and other stakeholders.
- Manage fee proposals, deliverables, and the profitability of the project.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, and registration preferred.
- Extensive experience as the Lead Architect managing Class 2 projects through the construction stage.
- Strong competency in ArchiCAD.
