As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and diligently from the feasibility stage through to the handover stage of the project. You will mentor and support the Assistant Quantity Surveyors while working closely with the Director. Depending on your experience and preference, you will have the opportunity to enhance your project portfolio across Residential, Retail, Industrial and Commercial sectors. 

  • Lead Pre and Post Contract duties
  • Traditional and Financier work
  • Facilitate bank draw down reports
  • Responsible for value engineering
  • Lead and support a team of AQSs
  • Responsible for variations 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
  • Liaise with consultants and key stakeholders
