ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring precise and effective execution. You'll guide and mentor a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors while working closely with the Director. Take full responsibility for your projects, seeing them through every stage to successful handover.

DUTIES.
- Cost Planning
- Contracts Administration
- Financier Services
- Responsible for measurements, variations & progress claims
- Lead and support a team of AQSs
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
- Produce entire Bill of Quantities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
- Membership of AIQS or RICS (or working towards)
- Experience in Buildings ideally in Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail, and Education
