ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring precise and effective execution. You'll guide and mentor a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors while working closely with the Director. Take full responsibility for your projects, seeing them through every stage to successful handover.
  
DUTIES.
  • Cost Planning
  • Contracts Administration
  • Financier Services
  • Responsible for measurements, variations & progress claims
  • Lead and support a team of AQSs
  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
  • Produce entire Bill of Quantities
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
  • Membership of AIQS or RICS (or working towards)
  • Experience in Buildings ideally in Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail, and Education
