ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and diligently from the feasibility stage through to the handover stage of the project. You will mentor and support a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors while also working closely with the Director.

DUTIES.
- Lead Pre and Post Contract duties
- Responsible for measurements, variations & progress claims
- Lead and support a team of AQSs
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
- Member of AIQS or RICS is advantageous
