ABOUT THE POSITION.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to contribute to a range of diverse projects in a tight-knit, high-performing team. In this role, you will manage the delivery of key cost management services and provide advisory support throughout all project phases.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with clients and project teams, ensuring precise cost estimates, overseeing budgets, and offering expert advice on value and risk management. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships and driving innovative, tailored solutions to meet project goals.

DUTIES.
  • Provide Accurate Cost Advice & Estimates
  • Trade Take-Offs & BOQ Pricing
  • Manage Variations & Site Valuations
  • Value Management & Cost Optimisation
  • Attend Design Meetings & Client Liaison
  • Cost Reporting & Financial Reconciliation
  • Feasibility Studies & Project Viability
  • Use of Industry Software such as MS Office and Cost X
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Hold membership in an accredited professional organization (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB)
  • Possess 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying principles and practices
  • A sound understanding of construction methodologies and industry innovations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
