ABOUT THE POSITION.

Our client are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and analysis of structural projects, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and project managers, playing a key role in shaping the built environment.


DUTIES.
  • Lead the structural design and analysis of a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure developments
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of structural elements within overall project designs
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure construction is in accordance with design specifications and safety standards


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
