The Site Engineer role is vital to their project teams, contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases of my clients' projects. This position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to project excellence, with favourable experience in bulk and detailed earthworks.

  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of site operations, including selecting engineering techniques and the sequence of activities.
  • Evaluate project specifications and drawings, making necessary modifications or adjustments.
  • Conduct site inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality control of all projects.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, including compliance reports and progress updates.
  • Proven technical and site management skills within the civil construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and the latest industry practices, with experience in bulk and detailed earthworks being highly favourable.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide site teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Proficient with engineering software and site management tools.
