ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Site Engineer, you will play an essential role in supporting the project team to deliver civil projects on time and within budget. Your experience in subdivisions and roadworks will be instrumental in the success of these projects, as you work closely with Site Managers and Project Engineers to ensure smooth operations on-site.
DUTIES.
Assist in the coordination and execution of subdivision and roadworks projects, ensuring work is carried out to specification.
Provide technical support to the project team, helping to resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project milestones and meet deadlines.
Prepare project reports, track progress, and contribute to maintaining the project schedule.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Experience as a Site Engineer, with a background in subdivisions and/or roadworks highly advantageous.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to problem-solve on-site.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with construction and project management software.
