ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This builder is an award winning company. Operating for over 15 years, this firm has secured a very strong project pipeline with high profile clients, within the multi-residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, education, and government sectors, valued up to $35M.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Your role will require you to manage the new-build projects and their daily runnings. You will be responsible for the trades, contractors and the hand over of projects to company high standard, allowing you to quickly progress, whilst gaining exposure to multiple high - end bespoke projects. You will initially commence work on a $10M+ commercial project located within the Canberra region.
DUTIES.
The successful applicant will join my client's supportive and tight knit team. DUTIES.
- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction program scheduling
- Sub-contractor Management
- Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
- Exposure to new-build commercial projects as a Site Manager
- Strong leadership skills
- Fantastic written and verbal communication
