The project team will consist of a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer, multiple Foreman, and a Cadet. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of prestigious projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

About the Position.
This company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to work alongside high-performing Project team. The project team will consist of a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer, multiple Foreman, and a Cadet. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of prestigious projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Duties.
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including coordination of subcontractors, materials procurement, and scheduling
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, site records, and safety documentation
- Conduct regular toolbox talks, site inspections, and subcontractor meetings
Skills & Experience.
- Trade qualification is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-rise residential experience is highly desirable
