This opportunity is for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established, reputable construction company in Sydney, NSW. Use your expertise to lead the site team and deliver a variety of high-end commercial projects valued up to $10M.
ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Join a reputable, commercial builder with a stellar reputation for delivering high-end fitout and refurbishment projects across Sydney. This company’s diverse project portfolio includes Hotels, Offices, Museums, Art Galleries, Pubs, Clubs and much more. Due to their well-established, ongoing client relationships, this company has strong pipeline of work. They have several projects lined up in their specialised sectors across NSW and ACT. As such, this company is seeking a driven Site Manager to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish across Sydney, NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the Site Manager, you will manage and oversee commercial projects valued up to $10M, alongside a well-resourced and capable delivery team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Cadets. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced Site Manager looking for a rewarding role, with exposure to exciting projects in Sydney NSW and occasional travel to ACT.

- Oversee on-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction programming – long and short range
- Sub-contractor Management
- Compliance and Quality Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $10M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Commercial fitout and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
