ABOUT THE ROLE.

Your position will report to the Construction Manager of the company, responsible for delivering a multi-residential project valued at $50m. Working closely with the Project Manager, Foremen, and Site Engineer, you will oversee all on-site construction activity and will ensure that the project is delivered on time. 

DUTIES.

• Construction Program
• WHS Management
• Subcontractor Management
• Ensuring project delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Trade Qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of proven Site Management experience
• Demonstrated ability in delivering projects valued above $20M
