ABOUT THE COMPANY
Join a council based in Far North Coast of New South Wales as a Supervisor - Roads, located one hour form the Gold Coast. This council is located in a popular tourism area with pristine beaches, rainforest retreats and hinterland hideaways.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an experienced Supervisor, you will motivate team to complete projects on time, within budget and in accordance with Council requirements and relevant standards. additionally, you will provide high level of customer service when responding to enquiries and complaints from clients.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As an experienced Supervisor, you will motivate team to complete projects on time, within budget and in accordance with Council requirements and relevant standards. additionally, you will provide high level of customer service when responding to enquiries and complaints from clients.
DUTIES
- Lead team to ensure completion of road construction programs
- Oversee and complete admin duties for efficient operation
- Provide high level of customer service to internal and external clients
- Manage contractors and community request to ensure deadlines are met
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- TAFE Certificate in Civil Construction or similar
- Previously experience as a Supervisor highly desirable
- Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in road construction
- Proven experience with managing staff and contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
