ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Team Leader based in a Council located in the Northern Region of Sydney, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of designs and providing technical support to your team, the Engineering and Project Delivery Department and the wider organisation.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

DUTIES.
- Manage and coordinate the development of designs and provide technical support to your team
- Coordinate the successful delivery of the forward planning design program
- Reviewing designs and supporting documentation throughout each phase
- Coordinate monthly team reporting
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil) or relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring a civil based design team
- High level of professional and technical design skills
- Proficient in Civil3D, CAD and DRAINS softwares
