This company is a reputable residential and commercial building company that focuses on delivering great quality projects for it's clients. You will find yourself in a small family style team that celebrates great culture, collaboration, and stability. This company is looking to engage an Office Administrator to assist with administrative tasks at the company. The company has an excellent reputation, backed by business owners that guide, assist, and support their staff. 


This position is to report to assist the Team with general administrative tasks. No two days will be the same in this position. On some days you will answering calls, putting together spreadsheets, and doing some general accounts paperwork, and on other days will be sourcing supplies and liaising with other stakeholders. You will be employed on a temporary basis to start with, then will transition to permanent. Your hours will be 830am to 1230pm Monday to Friday, and on the odd occasion slightly more. The company anticipates that the successful applicant will be employed for the longer term. Please note that you will have to have experience with Xero and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
