ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Local Council in Sydney's Lower North Shore, seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator or Accounts Officer, for a short term, part-time contract position. You will work as part of the Accounts and Administration team for the Council's Arts and Cultural Centre.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
ASAP start, part-time contract for an initial 3 months, working Thursdays and Fridays. You will join an established administration team to ensure the smooth running of the accounts and administration of the centre.

- Accounts Payable processing and creation of purchase orders for all goods and services
- Support of administration team in day-to-day running
- Process refunds and amendments to any payments received
- Maintain all income, expenditure and sales records
- Maintain customer records and manage customer enquiries
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
