Job description
ABOUT THE COMPANY.

A Local Council based in Northern Sydney, looking for a Administration Officer to assist with the general day-to-day operation of the Art Centre. The position is based a 5-10 minute walk from Roseville station and has on-site parking.


ABOUT THE ROLE.

Immediate start, 3-month part-time contract, working Thursday and Friday's. Your role will cover general accounts, office administration & customer service duties.


DUTIES.
  • Process invoices & raise/process purchase orders
  • Process timesheets and communicate with contractors
  • Manage office supplies inventory
  • Provide general administrative & customer service support
  • Assist with events & booking enquiries

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 
  • Experience in an administration position processing invoices
  • Experience liaising with a finance department preferable 
  • Strong level of customer service skills
  • Prior Local Government experience preferable
