About the Position.
We are looking for an experienced Contacts Administrator to join a highly reputable company and to work within a collaborative team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working directly with the Project Manager. This is an opportunity to work on a range of projects while supporting the project team on delivering high-end fit-out & refurbishment projects.

Duties.
  • Financial programming and budgeting
  • Manage contracts and variations
  • Procurement and scheduling
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, and lettings
Skills & Experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in building related course
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
  • Proven Contracts Administration experience
