They specialise in the delivery of high-end fit out, refurbishment, and new build projects in the residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, government, and education sectors. Having an already well-established relationship with several high profile clients, this company has secured a number of exciting projects across their specialised sectors. This company is looking for a highly ambitious Estimator to join their growing and dynamic team of likeminded professionals. Located in Sydney, this firm operates all across NSW with the bulk of their projects located in the Metropolitan region - to date, this company has designed and built countless Sydney CBD offices!

Working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager, you will measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and create tender submissions. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company. This position is best suited to someone looking for accelerated growth and progression in their career.

  • Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors
  • Read and interpret plans
  • Negotiation
  • Prepare tender submissions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to win fitout projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication
