Having an already well-established relationship with several high-profile clients, this company has a strong pipeline with several exciting projects across their specialised sectors lined up. As such, this company is seeking to employ a highly ambitious Estimator to join their growing dynamic team.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Managers, you will measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and create tender submissions. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company.

DUTIES.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans
- Negotiation
- Prepare tender submissions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Estimator on commercial fit out and new build projects
- Demonstrated ability to win projects above $5M
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication
