Small Sydney-based firm with just under 10 staff, designing and developing an impressive portfolio of Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use and Commercial projects. As a benefit of their strong working relationships with Property Developers you'll have the opportunity to work on all stages of large scale Class 2 developments and closely manage consultants, clients and stakeholders.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Lucrative opportunity for an Architectural Designer to take on additional responsibility and move into a Project Coordinator position. You'll work across all stages of the process, manage consultants, coordination documentation and work directly under the Project Lead to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of projects.

- Assist design team with concept and design development
- Produce high quality documentation at all stages of the process
- Coordinate consultants, clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to all stages of a wide variety of projects
- Bachelors of Architecture
- Previous experience in Multi-Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use projects preferred
- Revit proficiency essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude passion for design essential
