My client is seeking an Estimator to assist with their Formwork projects. This role requires confidence, efficiency and an appetite to learn and upskill. DUTIES.
- First principle estimating
- Plan and estimate budgets.
- Audit project plans.
- Monitor expenses throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Formwork Estimating.
- Can accurately conduct quantity takeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam software is advantageous.
