ABOUT THE COMPANY. 

This opportunity is to join a fast-paced, quality-driven, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. They are a dynamic consultancy that values innovation and has a strong project pipeline immediately available. The Directors of the business have nurtured relationships with a wide network of clients, and the majority of their work comes from repeat business. 
  
ABOUT THE POSITION. 

This position is suited to a person who has a thorough technical understanding and is confident to attend meetings and debate ideas/solutions with clients. You'll be working alongside a collaborative AV/technology team and will be required to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment. This position will allow you to manage your own projects and will offer genuine career progression opportunities for the right person. 
  
DUTIES. 
  • Audio Visual design services for a diverse range of clients 
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplined, Building Services teams 
  • Attend meetings with clients covering various sectors 
  • Support and guide Junior Consultants
  • Liaise with all relevant construction stakeholders during the design/construction phase, to final handover 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.  
  • 4+ years experience in a specialised, Audio Visual design position 
  • Previous site experience in AV will be considered favourably 
  • Good presentation and communication skills 
  • Qualifications relative to Audio Visual services are preferred 
  • Good technical understanding of engineering design and the NCC/BCA
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to build rapport with clients and internal team members 
  • A proven track record in delivering commercial projects is advantageous
